Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 July 2026
1. Introduction
Coaching for Collective Impact is a trading name of Lubos Lendvay, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website (coachingforcollectiveimpact.co.uk), the CPR Reflect platform at cprreflect.com (also accessible via coachingforcollectiveimpact.co.uk/guided-reflection), and the coaching services provided by Lubos Lendvay ("I", "me", "my"). By accessing this website, CPR Reflect, or engaging my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Provided
I provide professional coaching services, including but not limited to:
- Individual Leadership Coaching
- Team and Group Coaching / Facilitation
- Leaders Mastermind
- Workshops and speaking engagements
All coaching services are delivered in accordance with International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) standards and the ICF Code of Ethics.
2a. CPR Reflect
In addition to human coaching services, I offer CPR Reflect — an AI-assisted self-reflection service available at cprreflect.com (also accessible via coachingforcollectiveimpact.co.uk/guided-reflection).
CPR Reflect is a distinct service. It is important to understand that:
- It is not a coaching service provided by Lubos Lendvay and does not constitute a professional coaching relationship
- Responses are generated by an AI model grounded in the CPR Leadership Alignment framework and ICF-aligned principles; they are not provided by a human coach
- It is intended as a structured self-reflection aid for leaders and professionals, not as therapy, counselling, or crisis support
- It is not appropriate for use in situations involving serious mental health concerns, safeguarding issues, or acute personal crisis — please seek qualified professional support in those circumstances
3. Nature of Coaching
Coaching is a professional relationship designed to help clients clarify goals, develop action strategies, and achieve desired outcomes. It is not therapy, counselling, legal advice, financial advice, or medical advice. See the Coaching Disclaimer for more information.
4. Client Responsibilities
As a coaching client, you agree to:
- Participate honestly and openly in coaching sessions
- Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions
- Communicate any concerns or issues promptly
- Attend scheduled sessions on time or provide reasonable notice for rescheduling
- Pay fees in accordance with the agreed payment terms
5. Confidentiality
I maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and coaching conversations, except where disclosure is required by law or with your explicit consent. This commitment aligns with ICF ethical standards.
In group coaching or mastermind settings, all participants are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding what is shared within the group.
6. Fees and Payment
Coaching fees are agreed in advance and outlined in the coaching agreement or package description. Payment terms vary by service and will be communicated clearly before engagement begins.
Late payments may result in suspension of services. Refund and cancellation terms are outlined in the Refund Policy.
6a. CPR Reflect — Subscription Terms
CPR Reflect is offered on a monthly subscription basis, currently priced at £19/month. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Free trial: New users receive a limited free trial (number of messages as displayed at sign-up). No payment is required during the trial
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing section of your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then
- No refunds for part-used periods: Subscription fees are non-refundable for any unused portion of a billing period unless required by law. See the Refund Policy for details
- Pilot / Complimentary access: Access granted by a coach or administrator is provided at no charge and may be withdrawn at any time without notice
- Payment processing: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. I do not store your full card details
7. Scheduling and Cancellations
Clients are expected to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited, unless otherwise agreed.
8. No Guarantees
While I am committed to providing high-quality professional coaching, I make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results. Coaching effectiveness depends on many factors, including client engagement, effort, and circumstances beyond my control.
8b. CPR Reflect — Acceptable Use
By using CPR Reflect, you agree to:
- Use the tool only for lawful personal and professional reflection purposes
- Not attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or circumvent the AI system's ethical guardrails
- Not use the tool in place of professional mental health support, therapy, or crisis services
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Not use the tool to generate content intended to harm, deceive, or manipulate others
I reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to CPR Reflect for violation of these terms, without refund of any unused subscription period.
8a. Live Transcription and Use of AI Tools
I use Notion as a live transcription and internal productivity tool. During coaching sessions, Notion is used to generate a real-time text transcript of the conversation, supporting accurate note-taking while allowing me to remain fully present.
Transcripts may be used for preparing coaching notes and summaries, supporting continuity between sessions, and reflective follow-up. They are treated as confidential coaching records and are not shared with third parties except where required by law or with your explicit consent.
Sessions are not audio or video recorded unless this has been separately and explicitly agreed in writing. Transcription is discussed with clients prior to the commencement of coaching.
All coaching services, professional judgements, and client interactions are led by a human practitioner in accordance with ICF PCC standards. No automated decision-making or AI-generated content is used as a substitute for professional coaching judgement.
Notion AI is also used for general internal tasks such as summarising and organising administrative materials. Where materials drafted with AI assistance are shared with clients, they are reviewed and approved by me prior to use. If you have questions about this, please contact me at hello@CoachingForCollectiveImpact.co.uk.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and CPR Reflect, including text, graphics, images, and materials, is the intellectual property of Lubos Lendvay unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
Materials provided during coaching sessions (frameworks, tools, resources) are for personal use only and may not be redistributed or used for commercial purposes without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, CPR Reflect, or coaching services. My total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice. Fees for services already rendered remain payable. Unused portions of prepaid packages may be refunded at my discretion, subject to the Refund Policy.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (see section 14).
13. Amendments
I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website, CPR Reflect, or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
