Refund & Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Coaching for Collective Impact is a trading name of Lubos Lendvay, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for coaching services provided by Lubos Lendvay, and for subscriptions to CPR Reflect (available at cprreflect.com). Please read this carefully before engaging in services.

1. Individual Coaching Packages

1.1 Discovery Calls

Discovery calls are complimentary and may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows forfeit the discovery call opportunity.

1.2 Paid Coaching Sessions

Once a coaching package is purchased, the following terms apply:

• Cancellation with 24+ hours' notice: Sessions may be rescheduled within the package timeframe at no additional cost.
• Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice: The session will be forfeited, unless there are exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergency).
• No-shows: Sessions will be forfeited without refund.

1.3 Package Refunds

If you wish to discontinue a coaching package:

• Sessions already completed are non-refundable.
• Unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, minus a 20% administrative fee, at my discretion.
• Refund requests must be made in writing to hello@CoachingForCollectiveImpact.co.uk.

Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days.

2. Group Coaching and Leadership Cohorts

2.1 Cancellation Before Programme Start

If you cancel before the programme begins:

• More than 14 days before start: Full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits.
• Less than 14 days before start: 50% refund.
• Within 48 hours of start: No refund.

2.2 Cancellation After Programme Start

Once a group coaching programme or cohort has commenced, fees are non-refundable. This is due to the nature of group dynamics and the commitment made to other participants.

2.3 Session Attendance

If you miss a group session, no refund or make-up session is provided. Recordings may be available at my discretion.

3. Leaders Mastermind

The Leaders Mastermind operates on a membership basis:

• Annual membership: Non-refundable after the first session.
• Quarterly membership: Non-refundable after the first session. Members may choose not to renew for the next quarter.
• Trial session: The first session is offered free to trial. No payment is required unless you choose to continue.

4. Workshops and Seminars

4.1 Organisational Bookings

For workshops and seminars booked by organisations:

• Cancellation 30+ days before: Full refund, minus any expenses already incurred.
• Cancellation 14-29 days before: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 14 days before: No refund.

4.2 Individual Tickets

For public workshops where individual tickets are sold, the cancellation policy will be stated at the time of booking and may vary by event.

5. CPR Reflect — Subscription Refunds

5.1 Free Trial

New users may access CPR Reflect on a free trial basis (limited messages as displayed at sign-up). No payment is taken during the trial period and no refund is applicable.

5.2 Monthly Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your CPR Reflect subscription at any time from the billing section of your account. Upon cancellation:

• Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No further charges will be made after the current period ends
• Subscription fees already charged are non-refundable for any unused portion of the billing period, unless required by applicable UK consumer law

5.3 Refunds on Request

I will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

• A technical fault prevented you from accessing the tool for a material portion of your paid period
• You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge)
• The service was significantly not as described

To request a refund, please contact hello@CoachingForCollectiveImpact.co.uk within 14 days of the charge. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

5.4 Pilot and Complimentary Access

Pilot or complimentary access granted by a coach or administrator is provided at no charge. No refund is applicable as no payment is taken.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness, bereavement, or unforeseen emergencies), I may offer flexibility on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me to discuss your situation.

7. Cancellations by the Coach

If I need to cancel a session or programme due to unforeseen circumstances:

• Individual sessions will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
• If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided for the affected session(s).
• For group programmes, alternative dates will be offered, or a pro-rata refund issued.
