The content provided on this website and within associated resources is offered for reflective and informational purposes only. It does not constitute advice, counselling, therapy, or spiritual direction.

Coaching engagements are conducted in accordance with ICF professional coaching standards and ethics. Any integration of values or faith perspectives occurs only where chosen by the client and within appropriate professional boundaries.

CPR Reflect is an AI-assisted self-reflection service available at cprreflect.com. It is not a coaching service provided by Lubos Lendvay and does not constitute a professional coaching relationship.

No outcomes are guaranteed, and responsibility for decisions and actions remains with the individual.

Important Information About Coaching

Coaching for Collective Impact is a trading name of Lubos Lendvay, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

This disclaimer clarifies the nature and limitations of the professional coaching services provided by Lubos Lendvay. Please read this carefully before engaging in coaching.

1. Coaching Is Not Therapy or Counselling

Professional coaching is a distinct service from psychotherapy, counselling, or mental health treatment. Coaching focuses on goal-setting, action planning, and personal or professional development for individuals who are generally functioning well and seeking growth.

If you are experiencing significant mental health challenges, trauma, or psychological distress, I strongly recommend seeking support from a licensed therapist or mental health professional. I am not qualified to diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

2. Coaching Is Not Professional Advice

Coaching does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice. I do not provide:

  • Legal advice or representation
  • Financial planning or investment advice
  • Medical diagnosis or treatment
  • Psychological or psychiatric counselling

If you require professional advice in any of these areas, please consult a qualified and licensed professional in the relevant field.

3. Client Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. Coaching supports you in clarifying goals and developing strategies, but you retain full responsibility for:

  • The choices you make during and after coaching sessions
  • The actions you take or do not take
  • The outcomes and consequences of your decisions

I do not make decisions on your behalf, and I am not liable for the results of choices you make.

4. No Guarantees of Results

While I am committed to providing high-quality, professional coaching in accordance with ICF standards, I make no guarantees or promises regarding specific outcomes or results. Coaching effectiveness depends on many factors, including:

  • Your engagement and commitment to the process
  • Your willingness to take action and implement insights
  • External circumstances beyond my or your control

Results vary from person to person.

5. Coaching Relationship Boundaries

The coaching relationship is a professional partnership based on mutual respect, trust, and confidentiality. Coaching sessions are conducted within clear ethical boundaries as outlined by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics.

Coaching is not a personal relationship, friendship, or mentorship in the informal sense. I maintain professional boundaries to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the coaching process.

6. Faith Integration (Optional)

Where a client desires, faith and spiritual perspectives may be integrated into coaching conversations. This integration is:

  • Always client-led and optional
  • Conducted within ICF coaching boundaries
  • Not spiritual direction, pastoral counselling, or religious instruction
  • Respectful of the client's beliefs and autonomy

If you seek formal spiritual direction or pastoral care, I recommend consulting a qualified spiritual director or pastoral counsellor.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in coaching, use of CPR Reflect, or reliance on coaching conversations. You assume full responsibility for your participation and any outcomes.

7b. CPR Reflect — AI Disclaimer

CPR Reflect is available at cprreflect.com (also accessible via coachingforcollectiveimpact.co.uk/guided-reflection). It is an AI-assisted self-reflection service. The following apply to its use:

  • Not a coaching relationship: Use of CPR Reflect does not constitute a professional coaching engagement with Lubos Lendvay. No coach-client relationship is formed through use of the tool
  • AI-generated responses: All responses within the tool are generated by an AI model. They are informed by the CPR Leadership Alignment framework and ICF-aligned ethical principles, but they are not provided by a qualified human coach, therapist, counsellor, or any other regulated professional
  • Not a substitute for professional support: The tool is intended for structured personal and professional reflection only. It is not appropriate for situations involving mental health concerns, psychological distress, trauma, or personal crisis. Please seek qualified human support in those circumstances
  • No guarantee of accuracy: AI responses may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suited to your specific circumstances. You retain full responsibility for how you interpret and act on any content generated by the tool
  • Faith integration: The tool may engage with faith and spiritual perspectives where you choose to raise them. This is not spiritual direction or pastoral care

7a. Live Transcription and Use of AI Tools

I use Notion AI as a live transcription tool during coaching sessions. This means that a real-time text transcript of the session conversation is generated to support accurate note-taking and to allow me to remain fully present throughout our work together.

Transcripts may be used for the following purposes: preparing coaching notes and session summaries; supporting continuity and reflective follow-up between sessions; and maintaining professional records in accordance with ICF standards. Transcripts are stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary.

Sessions are not audio or video recorded unless this has been separately and explicitly agreed in writing. Only a text transcript is generated through the transcription process described here.

Transcription is discussed with clients prior to commencing coaching. You may ask questions about how transcripts are stored, used, or deleted. If you have concerns about transcription, please raise them before our sessions begin so we can consider whether alternative arrangements are practicable.

All coaching conversations, professional assessments, and client interactions remain fully human-led. Notion AI does not make decisions about coaching content, client suitability, or outcomes. No automated profiling or decision-making is applied to information from sessions.

Notion AI is also used for internal administrative tasks such as organising workflows. My confidentiality commitments, ICF ethical obligations, and data protection responsibilities remain fully in effect and are not diminished by the use of any productivity technology.

8. Confidentiality and Mandatory Reporting

I maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with ICF ethical standards. However, confidentiality may be broken if:

  • You provide written consent to disclose information
  • There is a legal obligation to disclose (e.g., risk of harm to self or others)
  • Disclosure is required by court order or applicable law
